Refund Policy



This Refund Policy explains when and how subscription fees paid to MindMarketEdge (“MME,” “we,” “our”) may be refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy applies to digital subscriptions purchased directly through mindmarketedge.com via Stripe. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are subject to their refund rules.


2. Free-trial period

New users may receive a free or discounted trial (length shown at checkout). During the trial you may cancel at any time from your dashboard and no fee will be charged.


3. EU / UK 14-day cooling-off right

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to withdraw from digital purchases. By starting the free trial and accessing our premium content immediately, you expressly waive the statutory withdrawal right once the trial ends and billing begins (Article 16 m).


4. No refunds after trial

After the trial period expires and the first subscription fee is charged, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.


5. Discretionary refund exceptions

We may issue a pro-rated or full refund at our sole discretion when:

  • Duplicate charges occur due to technical error.
  • Your account is proven to be the victim of fraud or unauthorised use.
  • EU or other mandatory consumer-protection law requires a refund.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@mindmarketedge.com from the address linked to your MME account within 30 days of the charge. Include:

  • Purchase date & Stripe receipt ID.
  • Reason for the request and any supporting evidence.

We aim to respond within five business days.


7. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and could delay your eligibility for a discretionary refund.


8. Changes to this policy

We may amend this Refund Policy at any time. The version number and date above indicate the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
