Terms of Service



These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and MindMarketEdge (“MME,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your access to and use of mindmarketedge.com and any related pages, services, or applications (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

MindMarketEdge is a Spain-based digital platform that offers market-education content, quantitative tools and community resources for traders and investors. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or custodian. Questions? Email support@mindmarketedge.com.


2. Eligibility & account creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity under your credentials; keep your password secure.
  • We may suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions, free trials & payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
  • If a free or discounted trial is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel from your dashboard beforehand.
  • No refunds are granted once the trial period has ended, except where mandatory consumer law in your country expressly requires it. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Prices can change; if they do, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance, and the change applies on your next renewal.

4. Limited licence

MME grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.


5. Intellectual property

All Site content—including software, code, text, graphics, logos and trademarks—belongs to MME or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.


6. User content

If you post or upload content (“User Content”) you grant MME a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute, reproduce and adapt that content to operate the Site. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.


7. Community rules & prohibited conduct

  • No uploading malware, phishing links or illegal content.
  • No harassment, hate speech or personal attacks.
  • No unlicensed investment advice, fund solicitation or multi-level marketing.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering or exploiting Site vulnerabilities.
  • No infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights.

8. Third-party links & integrations

The Site integrates with services such as TradingView and Stripe. MME has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy or practices of any third-party sites or services.


9. Affiliates & conflicts of interest

MME may receive referral fees or other compensation from brokers, software vendors or data providers. Such relationships do notinfluence our educational content. Contributors may hold positions in instruments discussed and are under no obligation to disclose real-time trades.


10. Risk & investment disclaimer

Market information on the Site is for educational purposes only and does not constitute personalised investment advice. Trading involves risk, including loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. See our Risk Disclaimer.


11. Service availability & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site (or any feature) at any time for maintenance, legal compliance or force-majeure without liability. We aim to provide reasonable notice where practical.


12. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Data may be delayed or inaccurate.


13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MME shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Site—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MME, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content or your violation of these Terms.


15. Governing law, jurisdiction & restrictions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Madrid. The Site is not directed at persons in jurisdictions where its distribution would break local law, including OFAC-sanctioned countries; accessing from such regions is prohibited.

Class-action waiver — You agree to resolve disputes with MME individually and not as part of any class or representative action.


16. Updates to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. If a change is material we will notify you via the Site or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


17. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and MME.
